Corona changed the world a bit in the last six months and so did the work of the Hospizstiftung Region Aachen.
The annual charity event "Herbstemotionen" unfortunately had to be canceled. The Hospizstiftung has suffered losses of tens of thousands of euros as a result. Tim Berresheim, artist and musician from Aachen, had agreed to make this year's poster motif available for the Herbstemotionen and to donate an art object to the auction for the benefit of the hospice foundation.
As a protagonist of contemporary visual, computer-generated art, Berresheim now had a great idea to support the hospice foundation "corona-friendly"... thus an animated projection created especially for the hospice foundation will be presented on the front facade of the Aachen town hall.
We are very happy to be able to support this event organisationally and as sponsors after our own charity campaign in the summer.
Due to the steadily increasing number of infections and the associated strict corona guidelines of the city of Aachen, we unfortunately have to forego an organized reception of the sponsors on the marketplace on November 1st, 2020.
Of course, we would be happy if you as a visitor (in compliance with the distance and hygiene rules) follow the “starting shot” of the town hall projection on November 1st, 2020 at 6:00 pm.
The projection will iluminate the middle, upper floor of the town hall from 01.11. - 07.11.2020, daily from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
