It's with a heavy heart that we take leave of the great artist K. O. Götz. He died a few days ago at age 103 at his home in the Westerwald.
Götz tought until 1979 at the Kunstakademie in Dusseldorf, with e. g. Gerhard Richter and Sigmar Polke amongst his students.
According to his own wishes, he will be laid to rest at sea.
