The Museumsverein Aachen invites members, visitors, families and art enthusiasts to experience art and music enjoyment in the series "Museumsklänge":
Angels, as well as heavenly and earthly music, introduce us to the life and thinking of people in the Middle Ages in the newly designed medieval section of the Suermondt-Ludwig-Museum Aachen.
Michael Rief has chosen the stone sculpture of a bagpiper (around 1450-1500) from this first section of the exhibition and will introduce it to us accompanied by the music of four bagpipers.
We can expect an enjoyment of art with all senses on a high professional and musical level!
The series "Museumsklänge" will take place for the fourth time. We are looking forward to seeing you.
Admission is free, donations are gladly accepted. We thank you in advance for a short registration by e-mail to: info@museumsverein-aachen.
Organization: Michael Rief and Peter Grube.
We are very pleased that this matinee is once again supported by the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz and the Friends (HFMT) of the Aachen Department.
Venue: lecture hall of the SLM.
